green card status

arrived here in 2002 on h1 visa and applied for adjustment of status dec2002 before my h1 expired. i am a nurse from the philippines, on the recent visa bulletin for june 2007 they are already has a priority date of june 2005. i had my 3rd biometrics last month. what are my chances of getting my green card this yr

Why is your case pending so long? You may need to file the Writ of Mandamus.
