Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
Hi, I have green card for 10 years. Originally I am from Ukraine. I have two small kids - 3 and 1 y.o. I am travelling for the second time to my home country for about 2 months stay. PLease, let me know how this travel can impact my citizenship process.

You need to have cumulatively resided in the U.S. for 2 1/2 out of the 5 years prior to filing for naturalization (or 1 1/2 yrs out of 3 yrs, if you obtained LPR through marriage to a U.S. citizen).
If you have already filed, then you should not leave the U.S. while your application is pending.
