Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

I am on H1 B now. A case with almost 70% fake data is filed against me in my home country and it is a criminal conviction.

I would want to move from my present employer to a different employer. I want to know if the criminal conviction will cause any issues with H1 b transfer process. Please respond.
