h1 b for law student

hi,

i would like to apply for h1 b, i am a law student from outside usa. how wud i get someone to sponsor my h1 b or how wud i get job in usa without having to study here?

You would need to pass the state bar where you wish to practice. Also, the state bar may have course or degree requirements that need to be met. In terms of getting a job, the process would be the same, regardless of where you chose to practice. Also be aware that H-1b quotas are filled.

You have to convince an employer just like anyone else applying for a job, and then some because they have to go to bat for you to the government. Some people find this easy to do, others, impossible.
