H1B for a starter company

We are a new IT service company have few contracts for placement, and revenue is not a problem. can we file for a new H1b visa? is there any problem since the company is just few months old?

New companies can file H1B visa, as long as you have work for the employee to do.

Definitely...you can file for H1B even though you are just a starter company.
