H1B Visa and Getting married
I have a H1B visa and I plan to bring my girlfriend here. She applied a university here and got accepted but she couldnt get student visa. is there any way to bring her here? I think to get marry here. otherwise I have to go there, get married in my country then apply visa again and come back together. is there any other way?

If you marry your girlfriend, she can apply for H-4 visa.

Yes, that's the way to do it.
