Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

I am on H4, H4 ead. I and my husband have a few differences. If I get legally separated from my husband for about 1 year, will my H4 and H4 ead continue to be valid?

I believe I already responded to this question. Legal separation (which you file through the court) still means you are married. I don't see why it would affect your derivative status until one party files for dissolution of the marriage
