Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
h1 transfer without pay stub
Hi, my H1 started from 1st oct,2004 from company A and now I want to transfer H1 to another company B. I do not have any pay stubs, and now have been on the H1 with co.A for 3 months. Can I transfer my H1 easily or would there be any problem? Please advise. I thank you in advance.
Sincerely
Atstar

Company B can petition for your H1B. If change of status is denied, then you can still use the approved H1B approval notice to apply H1B visa out of US.
