Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
Hello there- I am currently on H4 visa valid until May-2015.
I applied for H4 to H1 in Apr-2013 but my H1 was rejected on Feb-2014.
Can you please advise my H4 is still valid? and I can legally stay in US until my current H4 expires on May-2015.
THanks a lot in advance..

As long as you are still married to the H-1B spouse, & as long as the H-1B spouse remains in legal status, then your H-4 visa is still in tact. Make sure to extend your H-4 visa when the time comes, if you plan on remaining in the U.S. with your H-1B spouse.
