Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
Hey i wanted to know if i could apply for a student F-1 visa. i had been in school in the US since pre-school and im going to graduate from high school next year, i wanted to go to college, and i want to apply for a student visa, how can i do that.

If you have resided in the US without authorization all these years, it is virtually impossible for you to apply for, and be granted, a student visa, because a student visa requires that you prove "nonimmigrant intent" (i.e., you do not intend to reside permanently in the US). The fact that you have been in the US for so many years would tend to demonstrate "immigrant intent", even if you were brought here by your parents and did not come to the US on your own. However, you should have all of your facts and circumstances reviewed by an immigration attorney before deciding on a course of action.
