Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
Hi,
My wife won the diversity visa lottery a year ago. After we entered to the US and received our green cards. In the category field of mine green card , it says ''DV2''. There are no other differences between the cards and both of them have expiration dates of 10 years. But we are divorcing now.
My question is;
Am I will still be a conditional permanent resident (Green Card Holder) ?
Am I will still be a permanent resident with full rights?
Thank you
