You should try to find a new employer that is willing to sponsor your H-1B transfer. We suggest you to consult with an immigration attorney.

You should find another employer to sponsor you as soon as possible for an H-1B. You should contact an immigration attorney to assist you with the transfer once you find the employer. I may be contacted at 415-387-1364 or email: [email protected].
You can "port" to a new employer even though you have had a lapse in your status. Porting to a new employer does not require maintenance of status to accomplish, as long as the filing takes place before expiration of your I-94 card. This is according to recent interpretation of the Citizenship and Immigration Services which recognizes the bind H-1 workers are in. It's a great benefit and if you can take advantage of it, you can solve your problem.
