Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
hi,
so me and my husband r planning to start on the process on fixing his papers.He came to the U.S when he was just 5 years old.He never got introuble with the law.And we have 2 kids and been married for a year.People have told me that if i try to fix his papers now that hell be deported for 10 years and i dont want that.If we try to fix his papers now would he have to leave the state?
