my husband geen card expired.....before we married....how can he get a new one we dated before it expired for 3 years but just got married what steps do i need to take to make him legal?

You need to check to see if his greencard was valid for two years or for ten years before it expired. If it was valid for ten years, he can file for a replacement card using the uscis form I-90. If it was valid for two years he will need to consult with an immigration attorney before moving forward.
