Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

My husband is on H1 visa and I am dependent on him with H4 and H4 ead. We want to go for a legal separation for may be a year or so. Will I loose my H4 status? Or will it still be valid as we will be legally married?

As long as you are legally married, you are still eligible for H-4 status. Good luck!
