Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
Hi ,
myself and my husband are from India and we are working in the US with valid H1B.We would like to make a trip to UTAH, for this memorial day weekend, we wanted to check if there is any Law restricting us from going to Utah.
Please let me know as soon as you can, so that we can plan the trip accordingly.
Thanks
Anupama

Hi,
There is no problem with traveling within the U.S. However, I do recommend that you carry your passport, your H1B approval notices (Form I-797) and recent pay stubs.
