Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
my husband is in jail right now and has an immigration hold on him, we are not legally married and i want to know is there anything i can do to get him out or keep him from being sent back to peru. we been together for over four years.

There are so many factors to be considered ; What criminal charges? Do you have a child together? Are you a US citizen or have a green card?
Depending upon your answer, we can find a way to keep him from removal. However, in general, removal proceedings are triggered by criminal convictions. Also if he has a US citizen dependent such as spouse and/or children, there can be some route to challenge the removal proceedings.
