Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
My husband and I got married in US. He applied for my Green Card. It's still pending. Recently I found out, that he has one more wife and he married her before me. He lies to me and to immigration. Will the immigration find it out? Will they approve my Green Card?

He has committed bigamy and your marriage is not valid. The petition should be withdrawn.
