husband volunteered deportation. i am a us citizen been married for 15 year with 2 children age9 and 12 of his us citizen. how do i go about getting him back home.

It depends on some details: Was he in removal proceedings already? Did he simply have unlawful presence? If so, for how long? He might need a waiver of removability as well as a waiver of inadmissibility. It's hard to know just how much work is needed to bring him back but given your lengthy marriage and two children at home, it seems that there are at least some equities to work with.
