My I-140 is approved/ EB3 / I-485 is pending(priority date 03/07)/ company sponsored. Currently,I am working full time on EAD(employment authorization documents ) card. I married recently and my wife is in H1B in different states. She want to move into my place but couldn't find company that sponsor H1b.In this situation, I have few question.
Can she apply EAD as my dependent
If yes what is success rate? any other alternatives?

Your wife, as a derivative, can only apply I-485 & I-765 (work permit) after your PD becomes current. However, your PD is not current unver the visa bulletin now.
She might consider an H-1B transfer.
We suggest you to consult with an immigration attorney.
