I-130

Hello Dear sir. Attorney

I am a permanent resident in the US for the last 6 month and I want to bring wife from my home country, so how long will take the I-130 process will take? Do I have a short cut to bring her in a short time? I can�t live with out her.

It takes about 8- 10 months. No there is no short cut.

Since you are a permanent resident it could be several years before there is a visa available to bring your wife into the country. It depends on where your wife is from. The only way to shorten the time is to become a citizen.
