I-140 denial ,what is next?

Dear Sir/Madam I need your help,

1-My boyfriend just got I-140 denial based on EB3(through 245-i) because inmigration didn't count his 2 years of experience in his country .

2-Letter-denial just came, and we have to appeal in a week ,till march 7th to buy some time.Attorney don't want to appeal.

3-please what are our options?

4- On the other hand,I got my I-140 approved recently through my H1b, My I-485 is pending ,could I help him in any way getting married with him ?

5-In which status is he now ,after the I-140 denial ?

Could he be deported shortly ?

I would appreciate if you could help me ,

Please contact me directly I can help you. He should do the appeal. You should have gotten married before you filed for I-485..now you have to wait till you get your greencard.
