Re: I-130 revoked?

A marriage of convenience is not viable for immigration purposes. A therapist has a duty to not disclose information, but might be permitted to reveal a future crime. As an attorney, I don't know the rules of conduct for therapists. Check with the state of registration of the therapist to know the bounds of their duty.

Any immigration benefit can be revoked. You have a right to the reasons so as to rebut them. These should have been provided to you.
