Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

I don't have an I-94, will I still be eligiable for Obama's deferred action? How do I prove my immigration status expired? My family and i came on a B2 visa in 1990, that expired in 1991, that has been lost, when I was 5 years old. My I-94 was lost and the rest of the family has their I-94. Should I try to request a replacement I-94, use some other document as proof (what doc do i use?). I believe my lawful immigration status expired as of 6/15/12 based on the info above? I meet all other qualifications easily and have docs to prove it. I have my airline ticket with my name on it when I arrived in 1991 and my international embarkation/disembarkation card with that be sufficient for immigration status expired?

Other documents that can be used as evidence of meeting the criteria for Deferred Action can include: school records, medical records (including hospital, doctor's office or immunization records), bank statements, tax returns, other financial records, travel records, stamps in passports, etc.

You can also file Form I-102 to obtain a replacement I-94.
