Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
I'am a single Mother
I'am 23 years old a single Mother, a US Citizen now living in California, before I came here to California I left my 4 year son in the Philippines with his father. Like any mother... I miss him very dearly and I would like to be with him again. I've been wanting to file a petition for him. I have all his documents in hand, but where and how do I start off?
Sincerely,
Jacky

You need to file the I-130 petition for him. Please note that there is a long waiting period for the children of US Citizens from Philippines.
