Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
I am an illegal alien. I've lived here in the U.S. since I was 11 years old & never left. I am 24 now. I married my high school sweetheart at 19. We are still married. I recently left our home because he had physically abused me. We have a daughter also. I want a divorce but I am afraid that I will be deported. I haven't applied at all for a change of status. I wanted to know what will I face after our divorce. I do not want to press charges on him either.

You have options. The best bet is to have a face to face consultation with a lawyer.
The Family Law Court should not notify USCIS, CBP or ICE about your immigration status.
You should be eligible to apply for a greencard under the Violence Against Women Act, so I recommend that you refer to this USCIS link, or contact me for more information:

Please make sure you take action as soon as possible!!
Good luck & be safe.
