Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
Hi I'm an illegal alien from Mexico I came here to the states when I was 8 years old I'm now 26 and I want to get married to my fianc of 3 years she's a US citizen. I know about the 10 years bar if we try to fix my status after we get married. So we won't. My questions are will us getting married get me deported? Or her changing her last name to mine or filing taxes togheter after marriage get me deported? Will me getting married affect me with the dream act or amnesty? Thank you for your help I'm in California by the way.

Hello:
You will not be able to avoid the law forever. The K3 along with the Waiver of the 10 year Bar should be done. Please contact me for more information.
