Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Need help with my (illegal) immigration status........

I came to the usa as a tourist visa about 5 years ago and I've been going to school all these years illegally. Now, I'm graduating from high school. I would like to know if there is anyway for me to obtain any legal papers, so that I can get a driver license. Because I'm planning to go on to college which requires a transportation. Or do I have to get marry with someone with US citizenship or permernent residency? Would that be possible at all?

Your advise is fully appreciated.......

You have pretty limited choices since you admit that you're here illegally. Marrying a US citizen is the fastest way to get a work permit which will allow you to have a SSN and driver's license, but I do not recommend it unless it is a real marriage. Otherwise, you could be investigated for marriage fraud. The other quick option is to have a parent who's a US citizen but you probably don't have that.

Sorry but you'll just have to lay low until you fall in love with a US citizen girl.
