Re: immagration law

Dear Inquirer:

if your child was born in the US, he is already a US Citizen. Unless the mother of your child discloses information to you about her status, it would be very difficult to ascertain what status she holds in the US.

Please visit our website at www.hanlonlawgroup.com for more information or email [email protected] if you would like to schedule an appointment for a confidential consultation to discuss this matter further.

Re: immagration law

If you are a U.S. citizen, then your child is could be a U.S. citizen at birth if born abroad. If born in the U.S. s/he's a U.S. citizen without question (unless you're a diplomat).
