Immigrant Petitioning a Husband

I'm an immigrant for 1 & six months, I went back in our country to be married. Do I need to change ny surname & status right away?? Is there anyway I can bring him here in USA?

A little more information is needed from you. If you are a US citizen, you can bring your husband here. We can help you do this under a K-3 visa. If you only have a green card, then you can still file a petition for him now but it will be a few more years before you can bring him here.

Your situation is not quite clear. When you say "immigrant", do you mean you have a green card or are you a US citizen? The answer to your question depends on your immigration situation. Either way, you should contact an immigration attorney for a consultation and/or to help you bringing your husband to the US.
