Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Immigrant Visa for Childeren

My sister who is a citezen of america applied for my parent's greencard. The immigration office set an apointment for my parents on 12th of sepetember in Ankara America's Embassy. My brother and I that are under

21 years old would like to accompany our parents to America. My sister applied for my parent seperatly but did not apply for me and my brother as it was told it would take more than 10 years for the process. But in

all other forms the name of me and my brother is mentioned as those who will accompany the petitoners by my parents. Aslo we are under the list of affidative support but there is no case number for me and my brother and they

didn't set any appointment for the children.

I wanted to know if there is any especial visa that can be issued for us if not greencard? Well I think it will get alot of time if we want to wait for my parents to apply for our greencard after they get theirs. So I wanted to know if we can get a visa to arrive to United States while they are being interviewed by the consulate.I will be 21 year old in November.

Unfortunately, there is not much you can do at this point to get to the U.S. If you are from a country that qualifies, you can apply for the Visa lottery and hope to have your number come up. The registration is coming up soon.
