immigrant visa and working visa

im an RN and a filipino citizen. i already found an employer who will petition me as immigrant but it will take long due to the unavailability of visa. recently i found another petitioner or employer who is willing to petition me as working visa/h1b. will it possible to have 2 petitioners? can i process the immigrant and working visa at the same time without losing one?pls advice me on what should i do,because i dont want my immigrant petition to be stop.

Absolutely!!! the green card application will be for prospective employment whereas your current empoyer will be H1b sponsor. Please contact my office, if you need help with the h1b or green card process.
