I am an American born citizen with a Mexican born 3 month old son, what is the best way to bring him to the United States and for his Citizenship?

Re: immigration
The way to do this most likely would be through the Embassy which can provide a record of birth of a U.S. citizen abroad, however there are requirements, and I'd be happy to work with you to securing this. It should be done while the child is still a baby. Whatever you do, don't try to bring the baby illegally. It's probably a U.S. citizen and there is no need to create such complication.

You may be able to get this done at the US embassy abroad, depending upon your background and that of your spouse.
