Immigration case termination

Immigration case termination due to no response form applicatnt since 2004 approval date but that is due to our(petitioner and host citizen) never received actual notice of the agencies decision due to relocation and human error. What are our options at this point to reinstate the case for final approval?

It may be possible to file a Motion to Reopen and Reconsider with the immigration service and, if it is granted, you may be able to revive your case.
