Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Immigration

I have been dating my boyfriend for more than a year, we plan to marry in less than two years or so, I am a U.S citizen I was born and raised in California, him however is not, he came to the United States with a tourist visa when he was about 13 years old I am not sure if he overstayed or not, the visa would have needed to expired in 10 years when he would have turned 23, but he only had a permit for him to stay in the US for 3 months,he was 17 years old and went out of the country to Mexico, and he was able to come in regardless of the type of visa he had and without any problems, but when he was 19 yrs old he went out to Mexico for a week, but when he tried to come back to the US in the airport they took his visa away and his driver's license, and investigated him and deported him back to Mexico, and he came into the US illegally, and my question is that if we get married here legally, is there a way that he can receive his green card without leaving the country? or what can we do to get him a legal status here in the US, I mean if there is any possibility

Re: Immigration

This is a complex case which would require analysis as to what happened when in greater detail. Proper analysis is necessary to determine your fiance's rights. If you are getting conflicting information as to what to do, that's because it's complicated. You may go to my website and fill out the initial as well as supplemental questionnaire. We could then set a time for an initial consultation. To do this, go to:

I look forward to the opportunity of working with you to achieve your goals.
