hi my fiance was deported 2yrs ago and i i went to visit him and he was walking with me to the border helping me with my bags and when we were half way there he said bye and left well i guess the border patrol said he looked suspicious and took him in custody for fta for probation but he was deported!! so now hes in west valley. does this open his immigration case again

he been here his whole life his parents r now us citizens is there a way to reduce his felony to a misdemesnor or a waiver. what do i need to do
