I have an uncle who is a citizen of the U.S and my dad who is only a resident. What are my possibilities, if any, to obtain some type of visa, since I'am not a citizen or resident of the U.S, but I still live here.

You can only have your father sponsor your immigration. It has a long waiting period and during the waiting period you need to maintain valid non-immigrant status in the US.
