I live in colombia south america I am an american citizen, I married a colombian citizen how can I go about getting his visa. with me still living in colombia?

You can sponsor him for permant residency. Previousley you could have gone to the nearest consulate and apply for him. But now it is my understanding that consulates are not accepting I-130 applications..so you can retain an attorney in USA and proceed that way.

You can sponsor his permanent resident application even if you live in Colombia.
