Your matter is complex and you should get an attorney. If you are located in Orange, San Diego or Imperial Counties, you can email me your contact info, so we can discuss your particular situation. There is no charge for consultation
Re: Immigration
You need to file the I-130 petition for your wife with the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, or USCIS (used to be called INS). You can get the form online at their site, http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis . Once there click on "Immigration Forms" across the top, then scroll down the page to the I-130. Download the form. Follow the instructions on the form itself. The I-130 will require evidence that demonstrates, proves to USCIS that there is an actual marriage relationship between you two. Once the I-130 is approved, which is taking about six months or less in Laguna Niguel (even though it's filed initially in Chicago), then they will send the file to Yerevan so that you wife can complete the immigrant visa process.
You are welcome to contact my law firm to help you because the I-130 can be complex and they scrutinize the evidence submitted to prove a real marriage.

Re: Immigration
I am Armenian born in the USA and am writing a chapter in a book on visa processing at Yerevan. It's too bad you didn't find me before you married. A petition needs to be filed in the US for your permanent residence in the U.S. Thereafter, you will visa process from Yerevan.
The case is done quickest when done competently by a lawyer. I know the necessary documents and procedures and can organize that for you most timely. Had you not married, you might have been able to come to the U.S. for medical purposes temporarily, but since you seek to come permanently the procedure is different and your health does not appear to be severe enough to expedite your petition, unless you can provide more facts that care is unavailable in Armenia, and other such hardship. Separation from your new spouse is not considered but if you are completely unable to be cared for in Armenia otherwise, then there might be basis for expedite.
