Re: Immigration
You may be able to apply for adjustment of status to permanent residence ("green card") depending on whether your mother was a permanent resident ("green card") holder or a U.S. Citizen and whether you are over 21 years old and single.

What happened to your mother's petition? You should bring all of your past docunentation and show to immigration attorneys. You are definitely under 245 (i). I hope you do not have any criminal records.
