Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Immigration paper

I'm filling the I-864 for my mother but I don't know what to do exactly. My uncle is going to help me out so he will be filling for the affidavit for me, do I still have to file it even if I don't have a job? And can I have more than one affidavit support? And how to do file it if I do?

Re: Immigration paper

If you sponsored your mother's immigration, then you need to file the affidavit of support even if you don't have a job.

Your uncle can be a co-sponsor.
