Immigration-how does my friend deport hi wife of 6 months
My friend married his wife whom he brought to this country.They arrived 6 months ago.He got her Drivers license,a good job at macys and now she argues with thim eveyday.He feels that she changed as soon as she got here and used him in order to get here?She only has a temporary stay?I heard about I-751 petition to remove condition on status.She now wants a 100,000 if she leaves the marriage. He only makes 33k.He wants to get her deported and be over.What does he do?

He should get his marriage annulled for fraud. To demand $100,000 in order to end the marriage sounds like fraud to me.
