Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

I am a permanent resident in the US and can I want to marry a leady who comes as a student from other country she have an F-1 visa? Is there any low that not allowed me to do this?

Please I need help, hoping to hear from any one who is a specialist on this case.

Yes...you can definitely marry her but will not give her an immediate visa number because you are not US Citizen
