Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
K-1 visa
I got denied when I applied for B-2 (tourist) visa from F-1 while I was in the U.S. half year ago. Two weeks ago, I tried to apply for B-2 visa again at the US consulate of Hong Kong and was denied again. Is possible for my financee to apply K-1 visa for me in my case? She is in the states now. If it is possible for her to apply K-1 visa for me, what are the procedures?
Thanks a lot for your professional advice.

Re: K-1 visa
You did not state whether your fiance is a US citizen - if, so, she may apply for you. You should consult with a lawyer to discuss the circumstances of your prior refusals and the nature of your F-1/B-2 refusals in the US to see how they may impact your K-1 application. Good luck!
