hi my name is karla i was born in mexico and brought to the united states when i was like 3 or 4 years old now i am married and have 1child my husband wants me to get my green card so we can fly together and work together for our family i have asked people around and they tell me tto just wait for the president to sign the amnisty.. but my family needs of me i dont knoe what to do

Is your husband a US Citizen? Did anyone in your family ever file a visa petition for you before 2001? Generally, if there was no petition filed for you, then there is no law right now that would provide you "amnesty".
