Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

L1A to L2 and back to L1A

I was in the US with L1-A visa for 6 yrs. I returned to India in Dec 2007 (After completing 6 yrs).

My husband is still in the US in L1-A.

I wanted the complete 1 yr outside so that I become eligible for a fresh 6/7 yrs in a H1-B/L1A VISA.

Now in this 1yr period, if I visit my Husband in the US for 3 months in a L2 Visa,

Will I be pushed back to stay outside the US for an additional 3 months in order to become eligible for a fresh 6/7 yrs on a work VISA

Basically, I would like to know whether my visit to US on L2 VISA will delay my eligibility for a fresh H1-B/L1-A Visa by the amount of time I will be spending in US in a L2 VISA.
