Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
L2 to H1B stamping
Hi,
She arrived to USA last year May. She got her EAD too last year October. This year April we applied for H1B and she got approval. My spouse is on L2 with EAD and got her H1B approval with Consular Notification, Chennai, India. She took an appointment next month with Consular Officer , Metamoros, Mexico and is first time going for H1B stamping. Will they accept her there without any issues? Please confirm.

Mexico or Canada has stopped processing other country nationals. She can get it stamped when she visits India next time.
