i am in the process of getting a divorce as soon as my divorce is final i want to marry my boyfriend who is an immigrant my question is can i marry him right away and also can i marry him while he is here in the united states elegally.

Yes, you can marry your boyfriend as long as you have a divorce decree previously issued by the court.
