Do I need to get a lawyer if I filed my I-751 form later than expiration date by accident. What option a lawyer can provide.

If you fail to file I-751 within the 90-day window, you must establish "good cause" in order for USCIS to accept your late-filed I-751. We suggest you to consult with an immigration attorney as soon as possible to discuss possible solutions.
