I am a legal F1 student in USA..
I know a friend of mine who is into buisness and owns a lot of pizza places,gas stations and shopping complexes...
Is there any way he can sponsor green card for me??

Yes, if you have a BA degree or work experience related to the position that the business would be petitioning you for. I suggest you have an experienced immigration attorney discuss a potential labor certification with your friend (review the company's tax returns, size of business, # of employees, yr established etc) & also evaluate your education &/or work experienced to see if it will be a potentially successful case, though.
